• Payments (Square and Stripe): When you pay for a consultation or an engagement, your name, email address, and payment details are collected and processed directly by Square or Stripe. • Email and secure file sharing (Proton): Communications and documents exchanged during an engagement are handled through Proton's encrypted email and file-sharing services.

Client documents

Client documents are retained for the duration of the engagement and deleted after it closes, in accordance with this practice's document retention schedule. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
