Use of this site or submission of a consultation inquiry does not establish an attorney-client relationship, a physician-patient relationship, or any other professional relationship governed by licensure obligations.

Nature of Services

Services provided through claudiamrausch.com are regulatory, policy, and operational in nature. Engagements evaluate whether practitioners, healthcare systems, or clinical processes adhered to applicable licensure requirements, regulatory obligations, accreditation standards, and institutional policies and procedures. Services may include preparing written materials, such as correspondence and dispute statements, for the client's own review, approval, signature, and submission.

Services do not include:

Legal advice or legal representation
Medical opinions or clinical assessments
Standard of care determinations
Diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical guidance of any kind
Representation before any court, agency, or regulatory body

Clients with active legal matters are encouraged to retain qualified legal counsel. Regulatory analysis provided through this practice may support legal strategy but does not replace legal representation. Claudia welcomes the opportunity to work alongside a client's counsel and, if a client does not yet have an attorney, can refer the client to attorneys experienced in these matters. Referrals are provided as a courtesy, and no fee is paid or received for them.

No Professional Relationship Until an Engagement Is Confirmed

Submitting a consultation inquiry, scheduling a consultation, or communicating through this site does not establish a professional relationship or create any obligation on the part of either party. All engagements are subject to a conflict check. A professional engagement begins only after the conflict check is complete and the client agrees to a written Scope of Work, confirmed by signature or by payment of the initial deposit or retainer. Engagements are governed by the Terms of Engagement.

Confidentiality

All consultation inquiries and discussions are treated as strictly confidential. Information shared in connection with a consultation is not disclosed to third parties except as may be required by applicable law, court order, or mandatory reporting obligations.

Confidentiality is a professional commitment, not a legally privileged relationship. Communications with this practice are not protected by attorney-client privilege or any other legally recognized privilege unless established through a separate agreement with qualified legal counsel.

Limitations of Regulatory Analysis

Regulatory analysis provided through this practice reflects the consultant's professional assessment of applicable regulatory, licensure, and accreditation requirements as applied to the facts presented. Such analysis:
